1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "You") and Dolantogel (hereinafter "Dolantogel", "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://dolantogel.cam (hereinafter "the Website" or "the Platform").

By creating a player account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services provided by Dolantogel — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, lottery products, or any promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all other applicable policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Important Notice: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for use by players based in Malaysia. References to currency throughout these Terms are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. References to Malaysian payment methods — including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong — are made in the context of the Malaysian payment ecosystem familiar to our players.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Term	Definition
Account	A registered player account created by a User on the Dolantogel Platform, used to access all gaming services, manage funds, and claim promotions.
Balance	The total amount of real funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
Bonus Funds	Promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account as part of a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or any other promotional offer. Bonus Funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Wagering Requirement	The minimum total amount of bets that must be placed before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x the bonus amount).
KYC	Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Player may process withdrawals or access full account functionality.
Restricted Territory	Any jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, including any territory from which the Platform is blocked or geofenced by Dolantogel at its discretion.
Platform	The Dolantogel website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and promotional services accessible via https://dolantogel.cam.
Intellectual Property	All trademarks, logos, brand names, software code, game assets, content, graphics, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to Dolantogel.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Dolantogel, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. Dolantogel strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming products.
You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Territory at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
You are accessing the Platform solely for your own personal recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
You have not previously had an Account terminated by Dolantogel for a breach of these Terms.
You are not employed by, contracted to, or related to any employee or contractor of Dolantogel in a capacity that would constitute a conflict of interest.
You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Age Verification: Dolantogel reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Accounts where the Player cannot satisfactorily verify that they are aged 21 or above will be suspended and any Balance held pending investigation. Winnings generated by underage players will be forfeited.

Dolantogel reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account where these eligibility criteria are not met, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the criteria have not been met.

4. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) Account on the Dolantogel Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, postal address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, Dolantogel will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to submit a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a selfie holding your identity document. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.

Dolantogel does not permit the use of corporate, trust, or joint accounts. All accounts must be registered to a natural person using their own verified personal details. Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations in Malaysia are subject to the same registration requirements.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor permit any other person to access your Account.

Dolantogel will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from Dolantogel and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
Enable any two-factor authentication (2FA) features made available on the Platform.
Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
Notify Dolantogel immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Dolantogel accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.

6. Deposits & Payments

Dolantogel accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency wallets (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

All deposit methods are subject to a minimum deposit of RM50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel or promotional offer. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30. Dolantogel does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Source of Funds: By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. Dolantogel is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Dolantogel reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time.
Deposits made by credit card may not be eligible for certain promotional offers — check individual promotion terms.
Failed or reversed deposits will not be credited to your Account Balance.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though larger amounts may be subject to additional verification.
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability for withdrawals.
Any active Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.
Withdrawals to DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval during business hours.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours, subject to network congestion.

Processing Times: All withdrawal requests are reviewed by the Dolantogel finance team before processing. During peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours. Dolantogel does not apply withdrawal fees, but cryptocurrency network fees may apply.

Dolantogel reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Dolantogel offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general and specific terms described in this section and in the individual promotion's terms.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a fully registered and verified Dolantogel account.
Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player.
Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Uncompleted wagering will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any derived winnings.
Dolantogel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Abuse of bonus offers — including collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotions — will result in immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.

8.2 Welcome Bonuses

288% Magnificent: Up to MYR 2,880. Wagering requirement 35x the bonus amount. Minimum deposit RM50. Validity 30 days.

100% Standard: Up to MYR 300. Wagering requirement 10x. Minimum deposit RM50. Validity 14 days.

188% Esports: Up to MYR 888. Wagering requirement 18x. Minimum deposit RM50. Validity 21 days.

2% Crypto Deposit Bonus: Up to MYR 688. Wagering requirement 5x. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit equivalent to MYR 30. Validity 7 days.

8.3 Ongoing Promotions

Reload bonuses, birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 for VIP members), cashback offers, and the Refer A Friend programme (MYR 38 per qualifying referral) are subject to separate terms published at the time of the promotion. Players are responsible for reading these terms before participating.

9. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Dolantogel Platform are subject to the applicable game-specific rules and the general betting rules set out herein.

Bets are considered final once confirmed by the system. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except in circumstances where Dolantogel determines a void bet is warranted (e.g., a sporting event abandoned prior to completion, a demonstrable technical error in odds display).
Dolantogel reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of odds manipulation, data feed errors, or clearly erroneous pricing.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. Limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Any bets placed while a market is suspended will be voided and the stake returned.
For sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other events — all results are determined by the relevant governing body. Dolantogel accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any sporting event.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the Player must contact Dolantogel customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event concluding. Disputes submitted after this window may not be considered.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Dolantogel Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

Registering more than one account for the same individual.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform.
Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes in game logic to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the Platform for any activity that Dolantogel reasonably believes may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or systems of the Platform.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in forfeiture of the entire Account Balance pending investigation. Dolantogel reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies where applicable.

11. Responsible Gambling

Dolantogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adult players aged 21 and above.

Dolantogel provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings:

Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
Loss Limits: Configure maximum permitted losses over a defined period.
Session Time Reminders: Receive pop-up reminders when you have been playing for a specified duration.
Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account if you feel you need to stop gambling entirely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Dolantogel Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, brand name, game content, and written materials — are owned by or licensed to Dolantogel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works based on any Dolantogel intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of Dolantogel's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dolantogel's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dolantogel shall not be liable for:

Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, or special damages, whether or not such losses were foreseeable.
Interruptions, delays, or failures in platform availability caused by factors outside Dolantogel's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain Account security.
The accuracy of information provided by third-party data providers for sporting events, live scores, or odds feeds.

Nothing in these Terms limits Dolantogel's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Account Termination & Suspension

14.1 Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting Dolantogel customer support. Upon receiving your request, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any pending bonus wagering) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC.

14.2 Termination by Dolantogel: Dolantogel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
A Player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
Dolantogel has reasonable grounds to suspect illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to Dolantogel.
A Player has been found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.

In the event of termination for cause, Dolantogel reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. Forfeiture of Bonus Funds is automatic upon termination for cause.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Dolantogel holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through Dolantogel's formal complaints procedure.

Complaints must be submitted in writing to Dolantogel's customer support team, with sufficient detail to allow investigation. Dolantogel will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body or arbitration process as determined by Dolantogel's applicable licensing authority.

16. Amendments to These Terms

Dolantogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not substantively alter any Player's rights or obligations) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the changes take effect.

The version number and "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicate the current version of these Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The version history is available on request from customer support.
